The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.

Sword Security NI Limited currently holds SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Security Guarding, Key Holding, Door Supervision and Public Space Surveillance (CCTV).
Sword Security has always welcomed any initiative on legislation which raises the standard of delivery within the security industry. This is why, although voluntary, we achieved “Gold Status” accreditation with the National Security Inspectorate at the outset of forming our company.
Now with the introduction of regulation for the Security Industry in Northern Ireland, Sword has gone the extra mile again and achieved “Approved Contractor Status” with the SIA, although again this is voluntary. Now Sword is one of only a few companies operating in the Province to hold both these qualifications, giving our existing and positional clients peace of mind.

The Private Security Industry Act 2001 requires the SIA to establish a "system of inspection for providers of security services, under which those organisations who satisfactorily meet the agreed standards may be registered as approved, and may advertise themselves as such". The objective of the SIA's Approved Contractor scheme is to raise performance standards and to assist the private security industry in developing new opportunities. The scheme is voluntary and was developed in consultation with representatives from across the industry; it only covers those parts of the industry that are regulated by the SIA and the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (as amended).
