Brian received his award for his quick reactions when a pipe burst in the o2 store. Brian managed to stop the water supply to the store and prevent thousands of pounds of damage being done.

Julian received his award when he caught a thief who had taken a woman's handbag. Julian managed to detain the thief until the police came and arrested him, resulting in the bag being returned to the owner.

Congratulations to Caroline Corken and Martin McKenna of Belfast City Council Public Conveniences.
They helped a woman who had fallen over outside the toilet facility on Wine tavern Street and was cleaning herself up when she became dizzy they then escorted her to the Staff Rest room located within the facility for privacy her condition then deteriorated badly and began convulsing they immediately called for an ambulance and administered basic first aid by monitoring her and placing her in the recovery position until paramedics arrived on scene.
